Fall Football

There is nothing more exciting than the start of college football season in the south.  The chatter starts about Gamecock football season far before the first kick off.  Last year I didn't make it to a single game since I was either very pregnant or had a newborn.  I had been looking forward to the USC/UGA game for quite sometime now.  One, because a lot of my college girlfriends were coming in town for the game and two, it is always by far one of our biggest, most exciting games of the season.

We were lucky enough to score tickets to the game and for my dad to volunteer to have Brady stay at his house Saturday night.  This was Brady's first over night visit away from us.  It took a lot for us to leave him for the night, but I know he had a blast with his Waldo.  It was also a treat to be able to sleep in on Sunday morning! (Who wants him this weekend? KIDDING!)

We had such a great time at the game, and in case you didn't know the Gamecocks stomped the Georgia Bulldogs!  Williams Brice was rocking!  The ESPN commentators have said numerous times that it was one of the wildest, most exciting crowds they have ever seen.

There is nothing better than this atmosphere

He may or may not have had a couple of alcoholic
beverages prior to this picture being taken...

Monday was Columbus Day and one of the joys of working for a bank is getting these random holidays off.  Thank you Mr. Columbus for an extra day with my sweet boy.

The weather has been so beautiful lately.  So, Brady and I decided to soak up the outdoors for a little while this afternoon.

That smile never gets old...

Pick me up!

I'm hoping to make a trip to the pumpkin patch this weekend to make our home a little more festive for fall (and get some adorable photos of my favorite little subject).
