And so it begins

...the daycare "ick".  Brady felt pretty warm on Wednesday night, so I decided we needed to take his temperature.  He had been a little congested, but other than that acted totally normal.  His temperature was 102.6!  Poor baby was burning up.  We called the doctor, and they instructed us to give him some Motrin and bring him in the next day.

We took him to the doctor the next day, and they diagnosed him with ANOTHER bacterial infection.  I really hated for him to have to get on another antibiotic, but he needed it to get better.  The doctor said it could have been the same infection from a couple weeks ago that just never fully cleared up.  I just feel so bad for our poor baby boy.  Despite being sick, he was still acting his usual happy self.  He did NOT like when the doctor was looking in his ears, and he didn't like having to get his toe pricked either.  But, he is such a little trooper.  I just hope his immune system builds up quickly and we can get passed these sick days!
